  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All international return shipping charges are also your responsibility.
  • Unisol requires pre-authorization for the return of all products. Products not authorized for return shall be sent back to you at your expense. Unisol will not be liable for any loss of or damage to unauthorized return items.
  • Unisol will repair or replace the products, and we will ship all products free via FedEx Ground within the United States.
  • Damaged products will be returned “AS IS” by FedEx Ground, freight collect.
  • We will ship, at your expense, via any express carrier service you request. When you request a carrier other than Unisol’s carrier of choice, you will bear the risk of loss and freight expenses for such shipments.

  1. Before calling for an RMA number, please make sure that you have correctly followed the installation instructions and operating procedures that are located in the product manual and have troubleshooted with the MFR.
  2. On the RMA Request Form, make sure to provide all of the contact information as well as the product information for each product addressed.
  3. Submit the RMA form.
  4. The RMA Number will be provided within 48 hours, after all documents have been received. Unisol may refuse to issue an RMA number in the event of failure to provide the proper information.
  5. If returning for repair, do not ship hard drive trays, accessories, cables, manuals and software that were included with the original shipment. Unisol will not be responsible for returning those items back to you if you shipped those aforementioned items to us.
  6. Complete RMA Shipping Label found here. RMA number should be clearly written
  7. Print shipping label and place on shipping box.
  8. All unlabeled, mismarked or illegibly marked products will be refused or returned “AS IS” by Fedex Ground, freight collect.
  9. All packages which appear to be damaged at the time of delivery to Unisol will be refused “AS IS”.
  10. Please be assured that the products sent to Unisol are the same products for which the number was issued. If the products do not match the products under the assigned RMA number, Unisol will return all products by Fedex ground, freight collect.
  11. No return accepted without an RMA number, absolutely no exceptions.
  12. RMA number is ONLY valid for 30 calendar days after authorization. Unisol reserves the right to refuse returned item(s) beyong 30 days from the date RMA number is assigned.
