The Active Ethernet is a device from the
Orinoco product line that provides electrical power over
Ethernet (called "PoE" by its acronym in English
"Power over Ethernet) to the entire family of Orinoco
equipment for business use, wireless links in foreign and
Teams wireless networks for public areas including Access
Points Orinoco and equipment for foreign Tsunami MP.11.
The Active Ethernet eliminates the need for converters alternating
current to direct current installations and wiring 110/220
VAC. With the Active Ethernet, the system installation requires
only a simple Ethernet network cable for each Access Point
Orinoco rather than separate cables for power and data.

The
Active Ehernet injector is an electric current (DC), typically
installed in the fourth wiring that injected electric current
(DC) to Ethernet network cable.
The Active Ethernet constantly revises Ethernet network cable
to a device that can handle PoE. If a device does not detect
the Active Ethernet switches off. This ability to monitor
electric current, protects other devices connected to the
Ethernet network cable with electric shocks as well as the
entry port of switch in case of an error installation.
