CamOverlay App is an in-camera ACAP application for Axis IP cameras that adds static and dynamic graphics directly to live video. Create professional overlays with weather information, forecasts, news and information tickers, sports scores, logos, custom text, images, animated GIF graphics, and picture-in-picture camera views without a separate graphics computer. The application runs directly on the Axis camera and is configured through a web browser, making it suitable for livestreaming, sports broadcasts, tourism cameras, public information feeds, events, and branded video. CamOverlay App can be used with CamStreamer App for direct streaming to popular platforms and with CamScripter App to display information from external data sources. It provides a flexible way to enrich Axis camera video with real-time visual information and customized branding.
