PlaneTracker App Setup is a one-time remote implementation service for CamStreamer PlaneTracker deployments using compatible Axis PTZ cameras. CamStreamer technicians remotely install the PlaneTracker software on the camera, perform the basic application configuration, connect the system to the ADS-B receiver, and calibrate the PTZ positioning so the camera can accurately follow aircraft. The service also includes remote online training for the PlaneTracker user interface, helping operators understand the core system functions after commissioning. The camera should be installed in its final position before calibration because moving it can require recalibration. This setup service is intended to simplify initial deployment of an automated aircraft tracking solution and establish the connection between the Axis PTZ camera, PlaneTracker App, ADS-B data source, and the customer’s operational environment.
